I’m Abbie, and I love all things food and travel!

I started this blog to share my favourite recipes, travel tips and experiences, reviews and nutrition tips.

I have a background in nutrition with a B.A.Sc from the University of Guelph (Go Gryphs!), where I gained a foundational understanding of how food affects us.

If you’ve come to this blog to find Keto friendly recipes, or other content related to diets – this isn’t the place for you. I bring an anti-diet approach to nutrition – because it’s not about restricting yourself.

Europe/the UK is my second home, I love it there SO much! My family and friends over there are so important to me!

My friends and family are everything! I’m an only child, so the relationships I have with others are fundamental to my life!
