A quick and easy recipe for a small protein punch! These protein balls take less than 5 minutes to make, and only use 5 ingredients you likely already have in your pantry. The perfect energy boost for a long workday, or a quick grab-and–go breakfast!

Description

These SUPER quick and easy protein-packed snacks are the perfect grab-and-go item! They take no time at all to prep and can be kept in the fridge all week - making your meal prepping easier!

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips and honey in a mixing bowl until well combined.

  2. 2. Add water 1 Tbsp at a time until ingredients stick together well, but without becoming too sticky. You can add more oats to counteract the stickiness if necessary.

  3. 3. Roll into 1" balls. You can always make these larger or smaller depending on your preference!

  4. 4. Place in air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to a week (they likely won't last that long) ;)

Note

Yield: ~12 1" balls.

NOTE: You can replace the peanut butter for any other nut butter (ex. almond). You can always double or even triple the recipe to last you longer!
